From the initial contact with Pool Matrix it was clear he ( Colin ) was very knowledgable and professional . He gave us a few troubleshooting methods to try including the bucket test and when I found I was loosing 20mm of water a day he would call out the next day. He arrived on time and was very methodical in his approach to diagnosing the problem. He then quoted the repair and completed it in a timely manor and left the site clean and tidy, then proceeded to check our filtration equipment as an extra service. Great work
